Pastor Chris Declares September as the Month of Conquerors

As the Month of Great Grace ended, we were excited for the new blessings that September would bring. During the September Global Communion Service, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome announced that September is the “Month of Conquerors.” This means it’s a month for believers to stand strong in their faith, be victorious, and act with confidence.

A New Month of Victory

Pastor Chris declared that the Church is a place of victory, saying, “God’s Church today is the Church of victory; it will not be defeated!” He reminded everyone that those who believe in God are made to win, no matter what happens. Quoting from the Bible (1 John 5:4), Pastor Chris said, “Those who are born of God overcome the world.” This means that all believers have the power to win through God’s help.

Stand Up as Conquerors!

Pastor Chris called on believers around the world to stand up and make a difference. He encouraged them to speak out against wrong things they see and to always choose what is right. He said, “If you see bad things happening in your city or country, don’t stay quiet. God is asking, ‘Where are my conquerors?’” This is a reminder for everyone to stand up for what’s right and to help others in need.

The Power of Faith

Pastor Chris also talked about how important faith is in helping believers conquer the world. He explained that faith in Jesus makes us strong and allows us to live in victory. By believing in Jesus, we can overcome challenges and do great things. He said, “Who is the one who overcomes the world? It’s the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.”

Pray and Act with Confidence

Pastor Chris encouraged everyone to pray with faith and confidence. He reminded us that when we pray, God hears us, especially when we pray for others and for those in leadership. Quoting Romans 8:37, Pastor Chris said, “In all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” This means that no matter what happens, we can be strong and win with God’s help.

Speak Out for God and Freedom

In his message, Pastor Chris asked everyone to be bold in speaking for God and standing up for what’s right. He said, “Where are my conquerors? Stand up and make your voice heard in Heaven and on earth.” This means we should be brave in talking about our faith and helping others know God.

This September, as the Month of Conquerors, is a time for everyone to walk in the victory that Jesus has already given us. Pastor Chris encourages everyone to take action, be strong in faith, and live as conquerors in Christ.
