You’re A Victor, Not A Victim

Bible Verse:

“Thanks be to God, who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57).

Message for Today:

God didn’t create you to be a victim of anything—whether it’s the place you live, the people around you, or even the challenges you face. Instead, God says you are more than a conqueror! That means you’ve already won because Jesus lives in you!

The Bible tells us in 1 John 5:4, “…whatever is born of God overcomes the world.” And in 1 John 4:4, it says, “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” This means God, who lives inside you, is greater than anything in the world!

Sometimes, we might think that God is just there to help us when we are in trouble. But did you know that God has already blessed you with everything you need? He has already given you the power to live in victory!

Ephesians 1:3 says that God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings, and 2 Peter 1:3 tells us He has given us everything we need for life and godliness. That means you don’t have to live as a victim. You have the victory through Jesus!

Remember, God’s Word is true and powerful. You’ve been given a special life in Christ—a life that overcomes problems, sickness, and fear. So talk, act, and live like the victor that you are!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, thank you for giving me victory through Jesus Christ. I am not a victim of circumstances. I have everything I need to live a successful life. I’m strong, confident, and full of joy, knowing I have already won! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
